San Francisco: A US judge has ruled that Google Inc must comply with the FBI’s warrantless demands for customer data, rejecting the company’s argument that the government’s practice of issuing such requests to telecommunication companies, Internet service providers, banks and others is unconstitutional and unnecessary.
FBI counter-terrorism agents began issuing the secret, so-called national security letters, which don’t require a judge’s approval, after Congress passed the USA Patriot Act in the wake of the September 11, 2001, attacks.
The letters are used to collect unlimited kinds of sensitive, private information such as financial and phone records, and they have prompted complaints of government privacy violations in the name of national security.
@writerbob5 That’s the argument from the DOJ – that you do not have a “reasonable expectation of privacy” for online data

By clicking on the above link, there is a full on discussion .Q$A, of the preparations this administration is going forward with. It is eye opening to say the least. We must try to not let this happen. A must do is to contact your congress people, make contact through emails through twitter contacts to get the word out.
Obama’s Sham Inauguration Day!
Refuse to Watch the Empty Chair be Crowned
If Your TV is on, Turn it Off.
Listen to the Radio Instead.
That’s right, turn off your TV for the day. You have better things to do. Let all of the TV networks know that true patriots won’t watch the usurping con man known as Barack Obama be theatrically sworn in as our U.S. president. We won’t share in their glee.

Video: Charles Krauthammer Blasts Obama For His “Incredible Arrogance”, Says He Wants to Go Over the Cliff
Leave it to Charles Krauthammer to put Obama’s too cute by half campaign appearance masquerading as a press conference, Monday, into perspective. The Hammer was in rare form Monday night on Fox News’ Special Report as he blasted the President for displaying “incredible arrogance” at such a crucial moment during the very delicate negotiations – “hovering benignly at an Olympian level above the fray where the children are playing in the sandbox” asking everyone to be reasonable as if he “just arrived in Washington on a tourist visa.”
“He ridicules the Congress,he spikes the football on the Republicans, he rubs in the fact that they were resisting a raise in rates and that he made them do it.”
Krauthammer is thinking what a lot of Republicans are thinking tonight – Obama wants to go over the cliff so he can blame Republicans for it. Can there be any other explanation…

My laptop regularly gets updates of its software programs: Windows, Adobe, McAfee….
It’s time we update that old Aesop’s fable about the ant and the grasshopper. Below is “The And and the Grasshopper 2.0” that’s been circulating on the net, with some tweaking on my part to update it fully into a brand-new 3.0 version. 😉
H/t FOTM’s Christine (aka Annathule)!
THE ANT AND THE GRASSHOPPER 3.0
THE OLD VERSION
The ant works hard in the withering heat all summer long, building his house and laying up supplies for the winter.
The grasshopper thinks the ant is a fool and laughs and dances and plays the summer away..
Come winter, the ant is warm and well fed. The grasshopper has no food or shelter, so he dies out in the cold.
MORAL OF THE STORY: Be responsible for yourself!

FOUR MORE YEARS
This election should not have been. The people who voted for Barack Hussein Obama, mmm mmm mmm, have been duped and lied to again. Personally I feel sorry and I pity these people for they know not what they have done.
We are on a precipice of despair and discontent following the re-election of the incumbent, Barack Obama. There might be a growing resistance to the encumbrances of the agenda this president is hell bent on continuing. One question that must be asked who and what are the responses to accepting the mess from a previous administration? How will that answer play to the public at large?
